Who we are:
We are a small marketing firm looking to fill a full-time, in-person position in our Fort Wayne office. Content By Request is locally owned and specializes in providing small businesses and nonprofits with complete marketing support and services. We are small company, but we are mighty and growing very quickly. For our team members, there is room to grow and leadership opportunities as they are earned.
Who we’re looking for:
This position requires someone who can do a little bit of everything needed around the office. The perfect candidate will enjoy working with technology, enjoy managing various details, can give great communication, and likes client interaction. The position will require a close working relationship with the owner and keeping her on track. We affectionately call this position a “BOB” job - Business Owner Babysitter!
Some responsibilities include:
Managing company & owner calendars
Scheduling appointments
Client communication and correspondence
Light bookkeeping, clerical and receptionist tasks
Overall support to the owner
Assist with project management tracking and progress
Assist with light design and marketing tasks
Qualifications:
While no degree or experience is required for this position, there are a few key competencies that are necessary, such as:
Basic writing & grammar skills
Polite, courteous manner
Reliable, dependable, trustworthy
Eager to learn and be taught new things
Able to self-manage tasks & workload
Self-starter
Willing to go the extra mile
Able to juggle lots of details and tasks
